ModelBreeder.com v2.7.0 positive exploration hub implementation notes
This release applies the positive exploration directive from the newly supplied source library. The public site remains a plain PHP, file-backed, no-database research and teaching site. The update strengthens the homepage, Start Here, Foundations, Benefits, Architecture, Evolution Lab, Theory, Blueprints, Tools, Reference, and Fitness Proof sections without converting the site into a warning, doom, or cautionary publication.
Source mapping
The new source set was mapped as follows:
| Source report | Site application |
|---|---|
| ModelBreeder v2.7.0 positive exploration directive | Global tone, homepage structure, required routes, positive framing, and report preservation rules. |
| ModelBreeder Architecture and Projects | Browser CNN visualizer, TensorFlow.js/Three.js inspiration, evolutionary merging references, project directory, and cross-domain applications. |
| Modelbreeder Architecture and Resources Part 2 | Five pillars, adaptive ecology terminology, evolutionary loop, control plane, and release evidence objects. |
| ModelBreeder Architecture and Resources | Architecture objects, browser-native labs, artificial-life inspiration, and applied blueprint taxonomy. |
| Exploring Ecology Dashboard Architecture | Evolution dashboard, population simulator, lineage viewer, artificial-life learning pages, and browser-local visualization language. |
| Model Breeder Architecture Deep Dive | Evolutionary model merging, Mergenetic/MERGE3 synthesis, merging operators, and multidisciplinary positive analogies. |
| ModelBreeder Architecture Exploration | Local-first runtime, TinyRustLM tie-in, tiny-model/adapters, and practical model-breeding glossary expansion. |
Public content posture
ModelBreeder.com is positioned as the constructive field guide for adaptive model ecologies. The canonical definition used by v2.7.0 is:
Model breeding is the disciplined creation, comparison, and reuse of model descendants so capability can compound through useful specialists, trusted evidence, local execution, and human-guided evolution.
Fitness proof, lineage, evaluation, release evidence, no-op, and retirement are presented as confidence-building engineering practices. Extended warning, pathology, misuse, and discouraging framing are kept out of the main learning path and routed to Cognivirus.com when needed.
Package contract
The v2.7.0 package remains root-extractable and plain PHP. It contains no WordPress artifacts, no public wrapper folder, no database requirement, no analytics, no tracker, and no third-party JavaScript. All newly supplied reports are preserved under /docs and indexed in docs/manifest.json.
